Our Chef is keen on offering a refined, innovative and yet traditional cuisine composed of dishes mixing our local specialities but also his culinary experience from his various travels around the world. All is made with local fresh products. Moreover, Le Matafan restaurant has a large selection of wines from France and abroad which will enhance the delicacies suggested by our Chef to make sure to delight the most sophisticated taste buds.
In le Matafan restaurant, you can enjoy different moods: when the weather is nice, you can appreciate the outside terrace for lunch. It can receive about 220 people for lunch as well as in the afternoon. After skiing, you can relax, enjoy a drink, a hot beverage while eating a crepe enjoying the view from our terrace… Inside, for lunch or dinner our 75 seats room will welcome you by its fireplace in an authentic cozy wooden cocoon. We also offer another cozy cocoon with our 40 seats room also known as « Le Sarto ». And last but not least, our bar and its warm atmosphere is open all day. You can try a local beer, have a drink or a hot beverage to warm you up on afternoons or after a day skiing.
